Wedding Photography Prices for Surrey and Sussex

There are probably as many different ways to price wedding photography as there are wedding photographers.  We have tried to make it as straightforward as possible for you to decide what you want and how much it will cost.  

Firstly, there are some features that are standard with every booking: 

  • a pre-wedding consultation and regular contact before the wedding
  • a pre-wedding shoot with images provided on a DVD
  • a password protected online gallery
  • a preview book displaying all your final images 

So, now you need to decide how much time you want me in attendance: 

  • Half day coverage.  There are two options here, either from the preparations until the start of the reception or from just before the ceremony to the first dance.
  • Full day coverage.  This will ensure that we are in attendance during the preparations and up to the first dance. 

Finally, you can decide how you want to receive your photos.  Options available are: 

  • a DVD containing high-res images
  • a beautiful leather bound album.  The standard size is 30 pages at 12”x12” but can be adjusted to suit your budget if required, for example, a smaller album of 30 pages at 8”x6”.
  • a coffee table book.  The standard is 40 pages at 12”x12” but can also be adjusted to suit your budget if required.
  • parent albums, framed prints and wall prints are also available

Ok, here’s how the prices are worked out:

  • Half Day Coverage:        £500.00 (includes all the standard features)
  • Full Day Coverage:         £700.00 (includes all the standard features)

and the final product prices: 

  • DVD for half day:           £350.00
  • DVD for full day:            £500.00
  • Standard album:            £400.00
  • Small album:                  £250.00
  • Coffee table book:         £200.00

So now you have everything you need to work out the cost.  For example:

  • Want a full day with DVD?  £700.00 + £500.00 = £1,200.00
  • Want a half day with coffee table book?  £500.00 + £200.00 = £700.00
  • Want a full day with a small leather album?  £700.00 + £250.00 = £950.00

Easy to work it out isn’t it?  Don’t worry if your chosen package doesn’t quite fall within your budget – get in touch.  The albums and books can be adjusted to a smaller size, fewer pages or different cover.
